For $35 I had expected shipping would be more swift with these guys, but instead of the 4-7 days as promised on the website, I had to wait about double the amount the time. As you can see from Corey's Coolwatchstore.com review overall the Omega replica is pretty decent and his girlfriend is pretty happy with it. So if that's the case Corey, why do you really want to exchange it? If your watch had been meant for you I would have recommended you get in touch with their customer support, since you are a person who does care about craftsmanship details.
But to your girlfriend the watch is a fine piece of jewelry which is great if you ask me, so I don't think you should put yourself through the hassle of asking for a refund or a replacement.
